Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and certain other locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing time)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing time)

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our warehouse at 491 Arabian Way, Grand Junction, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every piece in our collections. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return:

- We’ll provide you with return instructions and any necessary forms
- Pack your return securely and send it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
How long does it take to process a refund?
After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.
