Our Return Policy
We want your experience with our comfort wear to be as effortless as our lounge & sleepwear. Here’s what you need to know:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Final Sale Items: Swimwear and sleepwear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged
Note: For returns due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we’ll cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges of our Men’s Fit Tees, Women’s collections, or other items:
- Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
